Foreign Investment in Bahrain

To carry out any commercial activity in the Kingdom of Bahrain, a legal vehicle must be established in accordance with the Bahrain Commercial Companies Law No. (21) of 2001. The legal structure of  certain specialized activities are  also governed by other laws and regulations, for example, the Central Bank of Bahrain's rules  have requirements on legal structures that carry out financial services and trust, fund administration activities.

Two Seas Trust B.S.C.(c) is a joint venture between Ogier Fudiciary Services (Jersey ) Limited and Keypoint. Two Seas Trust is an entity incorporated under the Bahrain Commercial Companies Law and Financial Trusts Law. Our joint venture entity, Two Seas Trust, offers the establishment and administration of trusts under the Financial Trusts Law of the Central Bank of Bahrain for personal wealth, corporate investment products, employee savings and benefit schemes.

The objective of Two Seas Trust B.S.C.(c) is to assist clients, both high net worth individuals and corporate institutions, to establish trusts in the Kingdom of Bahrain and to provide first class trust and related administration services from Bahrain.
